Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity
Madrid welcomed community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to highlight diversity and coexistence. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police news europe war Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers presented reflections from faith, culture and public service on how education can help build more inclusive communities.
During the event, participants addressed themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when supported by education and dialogue.
